You can apply for HDFC credit card SmartEMI service and convert the unbilled amount via Net Banking and billed amount by calling the HDFC Customer Care Service.
Steps to apply for HDFC Credit Card SmartEMI via Netbanking-
Step 1- Log into your HDFC Bank Net Banking account using your User ID and Password.
Step 2- Go to the “Cards” section in the menu and then click on “Transact”.
Step 3- Now click on the “SmartEMI” option.
Step 4- An unbilled transactions page will appear. Choose your specific card.
Step 5- Select “Debit” as your transaction type and click on “View” option.
Step 6- An inventory of your Credit Card transactions entitled for SmartEMI will appear, with an option of “click” to know your eligibility.
Step 7- Select the ‘click’ option to convert a particular transaction. Summary of the transactions inclusive of the card number, maximum spending limit, loan amount, interest rate and tenure will appear on the page.
